Having studied at King’s College London and also Oxford University, Lawrence delivered globally for IMG across multiple sports. Following this he was headhunted for Lagardere, but was passionate about creating a world class, bespoke offering for clients, so set up StarWing Sports in 2011.

Having been a tennis player that represented Great Britain at junior level, Joseph then attended Virginia Commonwealth University in the US playing for the team in NCAA division 1. Following his graduation, he worked in wealth management before joining the team at StarWing in 2018, where he subsequently became Vice President in 2023.

Having been a tennis player, an internationally certified umpire, and a sports journalist in Croatia for 8 years, Tom became a client manager for StarWing in 2018. In 2023 he became the Vice President of the agency.

With over 40 years in the business, Fabio has worked with some of the biggest names in tennis throughout his career. He spent over 15 years with IMG before joining Lawrence at StarWing in 2016.

With over 20 years of experience in the business with some of the biggest names in tennis, Nico started at Octagon in 2003. Since then, he spent 4 years with IMG as well as Lagardere, before joining Lawrence at StarWing in 2013.

Originally from Russia, Sal attended Oxford Brooks university in the UK. When he graduated, he spent a period of time working in the equestrian space as well as for Chelsea Football Club. In 2018 he joined StarWing as a client manager.

Having been a WTA ranked player, Charlotte attended Loughborough University to gain her Undergraduate and Masters degrees before joining the StarWing team as a client manager in 2020.

Having played Division 1 college tennis in the USA, Miroslav graduated with a Masters degree in Marketing before joining the StarWing team as a client manager in 2023.
